Sunday 21st April . Cost £30 return Open to all runners, spectators, family members and friends, other Clubs very welcome too. Leaving Newmarket High Street ( bus stop outside Unico) at 6.15am prompt, Please be at bus for 6am. 1st Drop off Greenwich Park ( particularly for competitors) 2nd drop off central London- (Varies but usually close to Tower Bridge) Returning from London ( By London Eye/ All Bar One coach parking Belvedere Rd) at 5:30pm. Coach booking is first come first served- this will close when coach is full. No refunds but transfers available

Our guest speakers Samantha Maré and Ricardo Dos Santos will share advice and guidance on training and race preparation in order to maximise performance and minimise injury risk.
Samantha is an international athlete and sports nutritionist who trained at Loughborough University and is now based at the Running Room in London. She has a particular interest in female health and a passion for ensuring that athletes are fuelling properly in order to practise in a safe and sustainable way which optimises their performance.
Ricardo is a Sports Physio and lifestyle coach who focuses on the benefits of Pre-Activation techniques to enhance athletic performance and more generally support our Muscular Skeletal frame from injury. He will cover the research and evidence that backs up the power of short interventions we can all do at home to aid performance and reduce injury.
This event is open to all Newmarket Joggers free of charge. Tickets are also available for purchase by non-members.

Bushy Parkrun Coach Trip

Saturday 9th September cost £20 per person. Open to all runners, spectators, family members and friends, other Clubs very welcome too.
Leaving Newmarket High Street (bus stop outside Unico) @ 6.30am prompt so please be on the coach at 6.15am to ensure we arrive in time for the Parkrun first timers briefing before the 9.00am start time. The coach will drop us off at Hampton Court Green and return from the same place at 3.00pm.
57 seater coach first come first served, this will close when the coach is full.

This increasingly popular race has a beautiful undulating scenic route; it is ideal for both novice and experienced runners.
The 10k road race will be part of the Suffolk Athletics County Championship and Grand Prix.
