A 6.2 mile (10k) trail race with Navigational Route Description starting at the Fox Inn - Ousden…also a 2.3 mile route for walkers.

Entry includes:
Fully written trail instructions
Entry to this UK Athletics licensed event with fully published results
£1 drinks voucher to use in the pub afterwards
Prize for 1st female & male runners (6.2 mile only)

Some key details:
• You can choose a start time from 5:30pm up until 7pm (subject to availibilty). This is a much more relaxed running event. You can run with a group of friends if you like or solo if you enjoy the peace of the countryside!
• You don't need any special navigation/map skills – the route is written on a piece of A4 in large print (this also has your race number and drinks voucher on). The description will include abbreviations (a key explaining these is included at the top of the instructions) to save space.
• 80% of the course is on public trails with the rest on quiet country roads – entrants are encouraged to kindly respect and follow both the Highway and Countryside Codes https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-countryside-code

Minimum age for both routes on race day will be 16 years old.
