Athletes must be aged 10-14 on race day.
Note that we have a strict 30 minute cut-off for the 3k race to allow the 10k road race to start on time at 10am. Any athlete who has not completed the 3k course by 9:45am will be asked to retire. For this reason, although runners of all ability levels are welcome, this event is not suitable for those who intend to walk the whole course.

Under-10s Fun Run

The fun run for under-10s is not timed. All participants will receive a medal but there will be no prizes awarded.
