All entrants will be provided with a GPX file of the route to download beforehand, together with a printed map/description on the day. This is a non-marshalled course so runners need to make sure they follow course set with check in-required at Cheveley Church. Runners most also respect the highway and countryside codes.
Time limit for all competitors is 4.5 hours.
The race has staggered start times (not mass start). You choose your start time when entering the race. You must collect your instructions and number from runner registration at the start location no later than 10:45AM. Start time of first runners will be 11:00AM.
Runners must run with a fully charged mobile phone and Water Bottles/Bladder capable of carrying a minimum of 1 litre.
A mandatory race video with safety instructions will be sent to all entrants before race day.
Memento for all finishers!
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female Overall.
Minimum age as set by the Trail Running Association is 18 years old on the day.
